107.05 EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERMINATION OF EMERGENCY POWERS.

Proclamations, rules, and orders issued pursuant to Section 107.04 shall be effective upon issuance and shall remain in effect until withdrawn by the Mayor or repealed by formal action of Council. (Ord. 061-2022. Passed 12-19-22.)
