As used in this chapter, the following terms, phrases and words shall have the meanings hereinafter set forth:
(a) "Motor vehicle" means a motor-driven cycle, motor vehicle, and motorcycle as defined in Chapter 301 of the Traffic Code and also means "snowmobile" and "all purpose vehicle" as defined in Ohio R.C. 4519.01.
(b) "Park" means any land owned or leased by the City for park or recreational purposes.
(c) "Person" means any person, firm or corporation.
(d) "Playground" means any land owned or leased by the City for playground or recreational purposes.
