909.13 PLAN APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE.

No building permit shall be issued by the Building Official until plans for any sidewalks, driveway or curbing to be constructed, reconstructed or made in connection with the work covered by such building permit has been approved by the Director of Public Service.
