The Director of Public Safety, the Chief of the Fire Division and the Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention shall act as a committee to determine and specify any new materials, processes or occupancies and trades which constitute a fire hazard which shall require permits, in addition to those now enumerated in this Code. The Bureau of Fire Prevention shall publish annually in a conspicuous place in the offices of the Division of Fire, and shall also maintain in that office details and descriptive drawings showing approved and acceptable methods for storing, handling or protecting such materials as shall be deemed to require a permit.
