(a) Annual fire prevention inspections, operational permits, and the payment of fees as provided by ordinance of Council shall be required as set forth in the Ohio Fire Code and Appendices, most current edition, except as modified by this section.
(b) The payment of fees as provided by ordinance of Council is required for any inspection required by any person or agency requesting a fire safety inspection of any foster home or day care.
(c) No fee shall be required to be paid by any governmental agencies.
