1501.06 ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

It shall be the duty and responsibility of the Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention to enforce the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code as herein set forth. Such duties and responsibilities may also be performed by the Chief of the Division of Fire, and by any members of the Bureau of Fire Prevention designated to do so by the Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention. The designated enforcement officer of this Code is herein referred to as the Fire Official.
