There is hereby adopted by the City of Maumee, and incorporated by reference, the Ohio Fire Code as set forth in Chapter 1301:7 of the Ohio Administrative Code, including Sections 1301:7-7-01 through 1301:7-7-80, with the exception of any appendices referenced in the Ohio Fire Code. Appendix A through G as referenced in the Ohio Fire Code shall be used to provide guidance to the City of Maumee regarding any standards set forth therein.
