Any person, firm or corporation who or which violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcement of any provision of this chapter shall, for each and every violation or noncompliance, be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.
