As used in the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code, adopted herein, the following terms shall have the meaning set forth:
(a) "Jurisdiction", "name of jurisdiction", or "Municipality" refer to the City of Maumee, Ohio.
(b) "Building Official" and "Code Official" means the Building and Zoning Inspector of the City, who is hereby charged with the administration and enforcement of this Code.
