There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if fully set out at length herein, for the purpose of establishing basic minimum standards for plumbing, sewer building, and water service installation in one, two, and three-family dwellings, commercial buildings, and appurtenant structures, that certain code known as the Ohio Plumbing Code of the Ohio Building Code, the most current edition as properly adopted in its entirety.
