(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the City, most current edition of the Ohio Building Code (OBC) as adopted by the Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, in its entirety, and as published in Chapter 4101 of the Ohio Administrative Code and including all supplements thereto.
(b) Chapter 4101:1 of the Ohio Administrative Code shall be designated the Ohio Building Code.
(c) Chapter 4101:2 of the Ohio Administrative Code shall be designated the Ohio Mechanical Code.
(d) Chapter 4101:3 of the Ohio Administrative Code shall be designated the Ohio Plumbing Code.
(e) Chapter 4101:4 of the Ohio Administrative Code shall be designated the Ohio Boiler and Unfired Pressure Vessel Rules Code.
(f) Chapter 4101:5 of the Ohio Administrative Code shall be designated the Ohio Elevator Code.
(g) All of the above referenced codes are incorporated fully as if set out at length herein with deletions, substitutions, and amendments as hereinafter set forth.
