966.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided herein is, for the first offense thereof, guilty of a minor misdemeanor; and for each subsequent violation of any provision of this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (b)   Each violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct offense for each tree, shrub, bush or other vegetation affected by or involved in such offense.
