966.11 TREE PLANS FOR PLATS AND SUBDIVISIONS.

The Commission may review the tree plan for any proposed plat or subdivision submitted to the Municipal Planning Commission, and may make recommendations for conditions concerning the same to the Commission prior to final plat approval.
