966.03 STREET TREES CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED.

No person shall plant as a street tree any of the trees from the following list without first having obtained written approval from the Director for the planting and location of that species of tree:

(a) Pinus species, pine species; and

(b) Picea species and spruce species.
