(a) No person using the parks and playgrounds shall fail to obey the commands, directions and orders of the Director of Public Service or his duly authorized agent or police officers.
(b) No person using the parks and playgrounds shall resist or obstruct, be abusive of or address in a profane or obscene manner any police officer or agent of the Director.
(c) No person shall fail to conduct himself with due regard to the rights of others to the use and enjoyment of the parks and playgrounds.
(d) No person shall, either by word or act, indulge in any noisy, boisterous, disorderly or indecent conduct or in any manner disturb the peace and good order of the community, within a park or playground; nor shall any person play at games of chance, drink intoxicating beverages or be drunk, use or have the possession of narcotic drugs, or other drugs of abuse or do any indecent, lascivious, lewd or improper act therein.
