Persons operating motor vehicles on the cemetery grounds shall maintain their vehicles in the driveways and off the grass, and enter or leave the cemetery at the places designated or provided for that purpose. No motor vehicle shall be operated at a speed in excess of five miles per hour on the cemetery grounds.
