953.13 SUPERVISION OF INTERMENTS.

Interments in any municipal cemetery shall be made by or under the direction of the Director of Public Service, upon payment of the fees specified in this chapter. No interment shall be made upon any lot of such cemetery until payment for such lot is made as herein provided.
