927.21 USE OF LICENSEE'S NAME BY ANOTHER.

No person, authorized and licensed under this chapter to make openings, taps or connections with sewers, drains or drainage facilities, shall allow his name to be used by another for the purpose of obtaining permits or of doing any work under a license issued to him.
