927.11 RATES OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS.

All persons discharging sewage from premises outside the corporate limits of the City shall, in addition to all other charges, pay an additional monthly charge of ten percent (10%). (Ord. 135-1981. Passed 11-30-81.)
