921.01 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
    The Director of Public Service and/or City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to establish rules and regulations for the safe, economical, and efficient management and protection of the property and personnel of the Division of Water and the inhabitants of the City. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, such rules and regulations may govern or pertain to the water system and facilities of the City, the installation, tapping, maintenance, and repair of water mains, lines, and pipes, installation, use, and repair of meters, and the sale, metering, and usage of water. Such rules and regulations shall have the same validity as ordinances when adopted. Such rules shall be kept on file in the Division of Water and made available to the public through the City of Maumee website.
