909.25 USE OF OPENINGS TO SUB-SPACES IN SIDEWALKS, ALLEYS AND STREETS.

The use of openings to sub-spaces shall be regulated by the Director of Public Safety so that the best interests and safety of the public is obtained. The Director shall, if necessary for the best interests and safety of the public, limit the use of the above-mentioned openings to certain specified hours.
