Upon the construction, reconstruction or resurfacing of any public street within the City which involves a paved area within or directly abutting an intersection, curb ramps shall be installed at each corner of such intersection at which a sidewalk exists. Such curb ramps shall be constructed from the sidewalk to the street to service all sides of the intersection in accordance with the then current standards established by the Federal Government under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
