905.06 PERMIT APPLICATION; CASH DEPOSIT.

Each permit for making such opening shall be confined to a single project and shall be issued by the Director of Public Service. Application shall be made on a form, giving such facts concerning the opening as required by the Director. The permit shall be issued after a cash deposit sufficient to cover the cost of restoration has been posted with the Director.
