(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense, and for each subsequent offense thereafter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(b) Each thirty day period for which a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct violation of this chapter.
