The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the amount of excessive sound created by any production, processing, cleaning, testing, repairing, moving or storing of materials, goods or products; sound-amplification systems; motor vehicles; or sound emanating from other activities within the City. This chapter does not intend to regulate the location of any such operation of activity.
