No person, being the keeper, manager, or who has the control or direction of any building, enclosure, tent or place within the limits of the City, where any wines or spirituous or malt liquors are sold, given away or furnished, shall permit any child, actually or apparently under the age of eighteen years, to enter, be or remain in such building, tent or place unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. (Ord. 65-1980. Passed 6-2-80.)
