(a) Whoever violates Sections 381.01, 381.03 or 381.05 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on the first offense, and a misdemeanor of the third degree on each subsequent offense. (b) Whoever violates Section 381.02 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
