381.04 OPERATING WITHOUT DUE REGARD.

No person shall operate any watercraft at an excessive rate of speed for conditions then existing or in a manner to cause a wake so as to endanger or to cause damage to any person or the property of any person, having due regard to other boats, or persons or other objects in or on such waters.
