(a) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter as set forth below except Section 351.04(f), may, within ten days of the violation, excluding Sundays and holidays, pay the following fines to the Clerk of the Municipal Court:
Parking in violation of 351.03 (d), (e) or (k) | $50.00 |
Parking in violation of 351.23 | $25.00 |
Parking in violation of 351.24 | $25.00 |
Any other parking violation not specified herein | $25.00 |
(b) Parking in Handicapped Location. Whoever violates Section 351.04(f) shall be fined not less than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), but in no case shall an offender be sentenced to any term of imprisonment. Arrest or conviction for a violation of Section 351.04(f) does not constitute a criminal record and need not be reported by the person so arrested or convicted in response to any inquiries contained in any application for employment, license, or other right or privilege, or made in connection with the person's appearance as a witness.

(c) The fines specified for the offenses enumerated in subsection (a) hereof are hereby declared to be applicable with respect to the above offenses only when the person charged with such offenses appears at the Office of the Clerk of the Municipal Court within the time specified in the notice, waives appearance in Court and pleads guilty to such offense. Under all other circumstances the penalties for such enumerated offenses shall be as otherwise provided in Section 303.99(a)(1).
