351.22 PARKING LARGE VEHICLES AND TRAILERS.
   (a)   For the purposes of this section, “recreational vehicle” includes every vehicle which is defined as a recreational vehicle in Ohio R.C. 4501.01 and which is used exclusively for purposes other than engaging in a business for profit.
 
   (b)   Except when necessary to avoid a conflict with other traffic or to comply with the provisions of these Codified Ordinances or while obeying the directions of a police officer or traffic control device, no person shall park any truck with a rated capacity in excess of two tons, any recreational vehicle with a gross weight in excess of four tons, any vehicle/trailer combination with an overall length in excess of thirty feet, or any commercial tractor, semitrailer, or bus upon any street, highway or alley in excess of two hours, or at any time on a Sunday or a public holiday, or between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any other day.
 
   (c)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to any vehicle while actually engaged in the loading or unloading of property, or while the vehicle is being used in connection with work, construction, or the repair of property which is actively being performed adjacent to the street or alley upon which the vehicle is parked.
