351.15 PARKING OF TRAILERS AND SEMI-TRAILERS WITHOUT MOTOR POWER ATTACHED.

No person shall park any trailer or semi-trailer upon the streets or highways of the City when such trailer or semi-trailer does not have the motor power, used in conjunction therewith, attached to such trailer or semi-trailer.
