Upon those streets which have been signed or marked for angle parking, no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway indicated by such signs or markings, and no person shall back a vehicle into any such space, or park with the rear of the vehicle facing the curb or edge of the roadway.
