189.02 POSITIONS IN MUNICIPAL COURT.

There is hereby created the following positions in the Maumee Municipal Court: Clerk of Court; Chief Deputy Clerk; Assignment Commissioner - Judge's Secretary; eight Deputy Clerks; Bailiff; Deputy Bailiff (part-time); and Referee - Small Claims Division (part-time).
