§ 95.10 SPINNING OF AUTOMOBILE TIRES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person driving or operating any motor vehicle to cause unreasonable, disturbing or unnecessary noise by spinning the tires of such motor vehicle upon any street, or other public way.
