(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction in the Municipal Court, shall be fined not more than $200. Each day of such violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
(B) Any person violating any provision of § 95.11 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in the Municipal Court, shall be fined not more than $200 for each offense. Each time a person uses the engine brake it shall be considered a separate offense.
