§ 153.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which there is no penalty, is subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who commits any of the following shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined $200 per day:
      (1)   Any violation of§§ 153.01 to 153.11; or
      (2)   Providing false information to a city official concerning compliance with §§ 153.01 to 153.11.
