§ 73A.03 APPLICATION OF TRAFFIC LAWS.

Every person riding a low-speed electric or low-speed gas bicycle upon a roadway within the city shall be subject to all of the provisions of this title, as well as the laws of this state and the Mattoon City Code applicable to low-speed electric or low-speed gas bicycles.
