§ 162.02 USE OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAYS.

The size of the lot shall be calculated exclusive of any public right-of-ways. Public right-of-ways shall not be used to meet the landscaping requirements of this chapter except as specifically noted herein. Landscaping features shall not be placed over utilities, or in areas designated for future utility installation.
