§ 161.04 STORM WATER DETENTION - DESIGN METHOD 2.
   Storm water detention facilities shall be designed such that there is no increase in the storm water discharge from the site between the developed and existing conditions. Calculations shall be provided for the ten-year event and the 100-year event.
