§ 34.051 FIREMEN’S PENSION FUND.
   There is hereby established in the city a firemen’s pension fund in accordance with ILCS Ch. 40, Act 5, §§ 4-101 et seq. The Pension Fund shall be administered by a Board of Trustees as provided by said ILCS Ch. 40, Act 5, §§ 4-101 et seq.
