§ 157.30 COMPLIANCE.

For §§ 157.31 through 157.33, the developer/subdivider or his or her representative shall be responsible for compliance including all standards, specifications, certificates, and sureties herein contained.

(A) Preapplication phase. Informal, not mandatory.

(B) Preliminary plat review. Formal, mandatory.
