The Conservation District reviews the preliminary plat; makes all natural resource information available to the Commission, the Coles County Health Department, and the developer/owner, and issues a written opinion concerning the plat to the Commission not more than 30 days from the time of receipt of the plat. Use of District reviews will be for general guidance purposes.
