§ 157.21 CITY PLANNING COMMISSION.
   The city Planning Commission shall review and examine the regulations contained in this chapter and recommend to the city such changes as may be necessary. The Commission shall review preliminary and final plat applications and make recommendations to the City Council as applicable and necessary.
