§ 154.60 CONSTRUCTION OF DYKES.
   Such storage tanks shall be fully protected by the digging and construction of dykes or retaining walls, completely surrounding such tanks and of a sufficient capacity to retain and prevent the flowing or escaping of the total contents of such storage tanks to the surrounding territory. The construction of such dykes or retaining walls shall be subject to the approval of the Chief of the Fire Department or such other official as shall be designated by the City Council.
