§ 154.55 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No storage tank to be used for the purpose of storing oil or gas produced from any such oil or gas wells drilled under the provisions of this chapter nor oil well pump shall be constructed or erected without first procuring a permit therefor, as hereinafter provided.
