§ 154.42 SETTING OF SURFACE CASING AND CEMENTING.
   The following requirements shall be followed in setting surface casing and cementing the same:
   (A)   Not less than 125 feet of surface casing in good condition shall be set, following which the same shall be circulated with cement from the bottom of the surface casing to the top with an admixture of 3% aquagel.
   (B)   If bradenhead connection is used between the oil casing and the surface casing, a nipple shall be placed on the bradenhead, with a valve attached, to relieve any gas pressure in the annular space between the oil string and the surface pipe, which valve shall remain open constantly.
   (C)   In cementing the oil casing, enough cement shall be circulated to extend 50 feet above the top of the Cypress sand formation.
   (D)   Duplicate tickets must be furnished to the designated city official by the cementing company performing the cementing operations on any oil or gas wells within the city limits, which tickets shall show the completion of such cementing, together with the amount of cement and size of pipe used.
   (E)   Before such oil casing or string shall be cemented, notice shall be given the designated city official and such work shall be performed under his supervision or the supervision of some other person by him designated.
