§ 154.40 USE AND RESTORATION OF STREETS.
   No tractors, trucks, heavy motors or drilling equipment shall be moved upon drilling locations under permit under this chapter, or shall be used or brought on to such location upon or over any streets or alleys other than those paved with brick or concrete without a written permit therefor from the Superintendent of Streets. The Superintendent of Streets may designate the streets to be used and may when necessary for the protection of such streets stop and prohibit the use of the same or require the drilling operator to adequately plank and protect such streets so as to prevent unreasonable damage thereto.
