§ 154.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BLOCK. A platted tract of land or part or public ground, approximately square in shape, of an area of not less than ten acres, provided, that in unplatted tracts of land lying within the corporate limits of the city the term BLOCK shall mean one approximately square contiguous tract of land of not less than ten acres in area.
   WELL or WELLS. The hole or holes which are drilled or put down for the purpose of mining for and producing petroleum and/or natural gas within the corporate limits of the city.
