The same regulations that apply to fences shall apply to vegetation fences as to height from the building line to any street line. Vegetation fences shall be cut back and trimmed smooth on the outside thereof so as not to encroach upon any sidewalk or street or alley line or vison clearance triangle, defined in § 159.51.
