Any person, firm, or corporation that shall engage in the business of electrical contractor without obtaining a certificate of registration as herein provided, or fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter, or fails to carry out an order made pursuant to this chapter, or violates any condition attached to a permit or approval or certificate shall be subject to penalties established at § 10.99 of this Code of Ordinances.
